Mojtaba ( Moji ) Akbari is a seasoned digital transformation leader and trusted advisor to C-level executives, with 17+ years driving strategic clarity, compliance, and innovation across regulated industries. Known for his collaborative approach and exceptional ability to build trust, Moji is a valued partner in guiding organisations towards strategic clarity, compliance excellence, and transformative digital success.

Ronan MacHugh
Director

Ronan is a Director at Grouper, currently supporting IBM’s global cloud infrastructure programme onsite. He brings over nine years’ experience in digital transformation, cloud engineering, and secure automation, with a proven track record across public, private, and security-sensitive sectors.

Navid Fathi
Consultant

Navid is a consultant at Grouper. He is a certified PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner and Professional Scrum Master with over seven years’ experience leading IT and construction projects. He specialises in transformational project management blending Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive strategic outcomes across the finance, healthcare and education sectors. He currently directs digital transformation initiatives in higher education and serves as Lead Volunteer for Professional Development at PMI Ireland, advancing the project management community through learning and engagement.
